Sony has announced the launch of an all-new entry-level 'Alpha A7 IV,' a mirrorless camera targeted towards amateur photographers.
Equipped with a new back-illuminated 'Exmor R' frame sensor and compact body, the 'Alpha A7 IV' delivers an impressive 33 megapixels, providing photographers with more than enough definition to capture high-quality images. To provide ample light detection, the camera's ISO sensitivity ranges from 50 to 204,800. In addition, it is able to take photos up to 10 frames per second thanks to its 'BIONZ XR' processor.
For videography, the 'Alpha A7 UV' supports full 4K shooting at 60fps and boasts an 'S-Cinetone' picture profile, which are typically only found in Sony's expensive 'Cinema Line.' The new amateur-friendly camera is currently available for pre-order on Sony's website.
