'hummel,' an Italian retail brand which previously released a selection of shoes with a marijuana-hiding compartment, recently updated its offerings with a design that aims to honor the ace playing card.
It's purpose in doing so can be accredited to the relevancy of the ace playing card's transformation over the years, with Highsnobiety explaining this by writing "Once representing the lowest value of the deck, the ace has developed into a symbol of power and strength and currently assumes the highest value out of the traditional 52 card deck."
Made in collaboration with 'Par5Milano,' the sneakers embody their poker inspiration with green felt tables, along with a number of chips and parks strewn around beside.
