The idea of abandoned amusement parks can easily be used as an analogy for childhood in general. Although the memories will always be there, they have been altered through overgrown vegetation, rusting structures and a general occurrence of neglect. In regards to how some people will react to such sights depends on them. Happy, sad or bewildered, it's easy to get caught up in a well of emotion when browsing through these images.
