It seems like there will always be a never-ending search for the next American Idol judge, and rumors are starting to spread that pop sensation Nicki Minaj will be the next to fill that void.

Us Weekly has been reporting that the rapper is in the final stages of making a deal with the hit television series to be the next judge to join the panel. Nothing has been made official as of yet, so don't start to celebrate too soon. It would be highly entertaining, however, to see the extravagant outfits that both Mariah Carey and Nicki Minaj would wear on the show.
