21 Head and Face Tattoos

I am currently in the market for a tattoo. I am not going to say what I have in mind, or even where I am going to get it. However, I will tell you that it will not be anywhere above the shoulder blades. I commend everyone one in this ‘Head and Face Tattoos’ cluster for having a lot more courage than me, but I think I am going to stay happy with face that is sans tatty.
