The multitouch feature is optimized for accurate and complete virtual zit picking. Apple took a stand early and refused some early vile applications, but iBeer enjoyed huge success and Apple realized they could not be the decider when it came to good taste, because a short time later, the iPhone iFart app hit the stores.
