The Zesto Drink Warmer Naturally Turns Up the Temperature

The Zesto drink warmer is a eco-friendly drink warmer designed by Nelly Trakidou for Electrolux. Zesto is an ingenious design that keeps drinks warm without the use of electricity or natural gas.

Zesto works using sodium acetate. The sodium acetate is first boiled inside of the green plastic ring and then cooled. The cooled solution stores all of the energy gained during boiling. When you are ready to warm your drink, simply insert the green ring into the ceramic holder and click it into place. The clicking action releases the stored energy in the crystals and heats up your drink. The Zesto drink warmer can be reused, requiring you only to boil it again for 5 to 10 minutes between uses.
