Who needs a band when you can make a VideoSong? This new medium is demonstrated in this video by Jack Conte in which he put all his musical skills to the test to create a mash-up of Radiohead's 'Exit Music for a Film.'
In the video, Conte sings as well as plays every instrument in the song. He did each act separately, then merged and stitched them together to create one seamless clip, kicking off with a prelude by Chopin.
"A VideoSong is a new medium with two rules," the YouTube Video explains, "1. What you see is what you hear (no lip-syncing for instruments or voice)" and "2. If you hear it, at some point you see it (no hidden sounds)."
