Science fiction has played a huge role in providing some of the inspiration for many of today’s scientific innovations. It kinda makes sense that the someone within the grasp of the cult of sci-fi would come up with a bizarre way to worship their favorite sci-fi hero, and black velvet science fiction hero art could be it. Watch this video showcasing the only black velvet museum in the world, The Velveteria.  Our love for science fiction is so vivid and soars so far into space, regular art just won’t convey it.
