Eye Candy - Top 8 Innovations For Your Eyes (Including Creepy Contact Lenses) (GALLERY)
[Edit]
Why not enhance your eyes with a new flavor of contacts, eye tattoos or special jewelry that sticks to your cornea? Yes, good times.
The first example on our list would be FXeyes. These special effect contact lenses are kind of creepy. They are produced by a company named Fxeyes which specializes in theatrical contact lenses. I visited their website and they carry a vast array of lenses that are both weird but have , for me, a strange attraction precisely because they are so nefarious-looking. The Fxeyes website says:"Fxeyes specializes in theatrical and SFX contact lenses, providing a superior alternative to other brands. Fxeyes offers a much wider variety of design and patterns to choose from which are available in most prescriptions. Our contacts go through a special lens process unique to Fxeyes. The result is a theatrical special effect contact of unprecedented quality and craftsmanship. We are so confident in our product that we guarantee that our contacts will not fade for 69 years”.
I understand that these lenses are also used by some people as some sort of fashion statement the same way eyeball tattoos are used. I can’t imagine running into someone late at night in a desolate place and the first thing you notice are those creepy, creepy eyes. Yikes!
