UNITY Fitness Harbourfront has officially opened in Toronto’s Sugar Wharf community. Spanning an impressive 45,000 square feet, this state-of-the-art facility aims to cater to a diverse range of fitness enthusiasts with its extensive offerings in fitness, community-building, and wellness.

Members can expect access to top-tier equipment including Hammer Strength, Woodway treadmills, and Concept2 Rowers. The facility also features a 79.5-foot indoor saltwater pool, a full-sized basketball court that converts into pickleball courts, a dedicated HIIT area, a cycling studio with state-of-the-art ICG bikes, and a hot yoga studio equipped with Far Infrared Yoga Panels.

Beyond fitness spaces, UNITY Fitness offers additional amenities such as a childminding area for young members, a members’ lounge with modern comforts like a fireplace and WiFi, and a welcoming environment for socializing and relaxation post-workout.
