Tattooing eyebrows is common—women do it all the time. But this is Cowbag here, so I course I am not talking about ordinary eyebrows, I am talking about all-singing, all-dancing freak-or-unique ones. Inspired of course by this lovely ‘F U’ eyebrow chap. I am thinking the orange could mean prison uniform so maybe he does not have too much to lose.
