Tech-Free Workspaces

The Seymour+ Space Functions as a Respite from the External Distractions

Seymour+ is a tech-free workspace that is designed to provide a space for creative exploration that is free of outside influences and external distractions. While young adults are highly connected through digital technology, they also value the importance of real world interactions. This workspace gives guests a designated space to explore their creative potential through various tech-free experiences.

The Seymour+ space consists of five different rooms, each of which is designed to facilitate different experiences and elicit unexpected emotions. Guests who visit the space are discouraged from speaking to one another so that they can focus all of their energy on self-exploration.

The facility is not meant to serve as a digital detox, but rather as a space where guests can refuel and reset their mind without the distractions of the modern world. As the founder of Seymour Projects Melissa Unger explains, "Seymour Projects exists to ensure that we do not loose sight of this already tenuous connection to our subconscious."
