The Seesaw Seat Changes into a Chair When You Need to Rest

— May 26, 2012 — Art & Design
Teeter totters used to be one of my favorite things about going to the park, and now the Seesaw Seat has found a way to function for both playtime and more serious matters (like sitting down).

Designed by Dirk Ploos van Amstel, the Seesaw Seat acts as a traditional teeter totter when you're looking to have fun, but then also transforms into a comfortable seat when you need a rest. The design is also suitable for a children's table where they can comfortably sit on the ground and have a snack atop the surface of the seat. Beautifully constructed with a pale shade of wood and a multitude of layered pieces, the Seesaw Seat is aesthetically and functionally amazing.

Let this new seesaw of the future give you fun times and a place to rest your head.
