With an abundance of cables and objects found on desks, the design called Mantis by London-based designer Samuel Wilkinson is the perfect solution to keep working stations businesslike. This modular desk created for London furniture manufacturer Case can be adapted in several ways according to customers’ needs.

Elegant and simple, Mantis comes with a series of accessories that can be added or removed to design a sophisticated table. The designers explain its various components, “The solid wood top has a removable plate that allows easy access to a storage tray hiding unsightly plugs and cables. Other accessories include a removable drawer for a laptop or papers, a file / book holder and a back panel that can either act as a note board or in a privacy screen.” Thus, Mantis is not only adaptable, but it’s also ideal for contemporary interiors where there’s a lack of space, as it provides a variety of options to maintain offices and rooms neatly organized.
