Alpine Reimagines the A310 With Contemporary Styling

Alpine has unveiled retro-futuristic sports car concepts through its A310 VISION, a one-off vehicle that transforms the original A310's distinctive styling into a contemporary design. Built around the creative flexibility of Alpine's new APP platform, the concept introduces unconventional proportions and functional aerodynamic details while preserving the recognizable character of its 1970s predecessor.

The vehicle features pop-down headlights, a transparent split rear wing, and blade-shaped taillights designed to generate downforce. Its aluminum exterior contrasts with a dark lower section and semi-transparent cabin, revealing sculptural seating and physical controls inspired by audio equipment.

For Alpine, A310 VISION offers an opportunity to showcase its evolving design identity while celebrating the model's anniversary milestones. Although not intended for production, the concept demonstrates how the APP platform could influence future sports cars and strengthen the brand's connection to its heritage.
