'Fabulous Pugs' is a book by Lisa Knapp that contains nothing but pictures of pugs dressed up as famous people such as Genghis Khan and Napoleon.

The canine ‘actress-model’ Knapp chose is a pug named Charlie who must be super-tolerant, judging by some of these shots. The 'Star Trek' one is my absolute favorite.

Implications - With the pet industry growing increasingly involved in products that aim to turn pets into people, it's no wonder that consumers are seeking ways to place a personality on cuddly critters--whether it be in real life or online through photo shop. These photos represent more than something cute, they represent the consumer urge for companionship and affection. Stats for Pugs as People Trending: Older & Warm
