AI Musculoskeletal Coaches

Prehab Coach Offers Targeted Guidance for Exercise and Recovery

Prehab has launched Prehab Coach — an artificial intelligence feature integrated into the brand’s existing musculoskeletal health app.

Prehab Coach analyzes a member's profile, activity history, and stated goals to deliver daily personalized recommendations, educational content, and actionable guidance. The tool draws on a clinical library of over 4,000 exercise videos and more than 50 structured programs developed by Doctors of Physical Therapy.

Prehab Coach claims to proactively surface the most relevant movements and insights for each day, and it adapts in real time as the person logs workouts or updates their condition. All in all, the app may serve to reduce the friction and uncertainty of managing an injury, chronic pain, or mobility limitation without access to continuous medical attention or expert guidance. The feature also appeals to preventive users who want to avoid injuries.
