Unlike that other kind of porn, food porn is completely safe for at-work viewing. That’s because this playful, tongue-in-cheek photography doesn’t involve sex or even people—just good food.
The demand for food porn is larger than you might think. There’s a Flickr group dedicated to user-submitted photos. FoodPorn.com provides a cheeky take on the trend, using photo category titles you’d easily find on any porn site to categorize their images. Bloggers have taken a stab at photographing their own food porn, even initiating ‘Food Porn Friday’ memes, and FoodPornDaily provides a revolving super-sized food porn photo for single-click perusal.
