Almeida explains that in Agueda , a town in Portugal, during the month of July, streets are often adorned with colorful parasols that are artfully hung and provide minor shade for pedestrians. The sight is quite surreal even in pictures, so I can only imagine how awesome it’d be to witness this bombardment of umbrellas firsthand.
