Nike is expanding race-day fueling with a co-branded performance nutrition line from Science in Sport for runners taking part in the Nike After Dark Tour. It is Nike's first co-branded nutrition project alongside a specialist fueling brand, tied to a seven-city night-running series in Shanghai, Sydney, Mexico City, London, Los Angeles, Manila and Mumbai.
One gel format delivers 22 g of single-source carbohydrate, giving runners an easy energy option during the run. A recovery clear sachet is formulated for female runners, extending the line beyond mid-race fuel into a more specific post-run need.
Seven After Dark cities give the range a built-in audience of runners and turn event branding into a product trial moment. Nike's first co-branded nutrition line widens what athletes can expect from a tour partner by folding performance fuel into the race experience.
