Extremely Rare Commemorative Watches

Urwerk Will Release a New UR-105 in a Commemorative Release

Urwerk has created a limited edition new UR-105 in honor of The Hour Glass' 40th anniversary. Urwerk has not indicated a price point of the commemorative watch. However, prospective customers are able to register for a chance to purchase the item. The new UR-105 will only have three total makes, making it a substantially rare item.

The new Urwerk watch features three "satellite" discs that indicate the hour of the day, the hour discs traverse the center of the watch where the minute tracker is located. The back of the watch hosts two pneumatic turbines, which are in place to wind the mainspring. Next, to the turbines, there is a switch that controls the two turbines. The switch reduces the power of the turbines as the owner sees necessary.
