Raw Forestry Furnishings

The Nature-Inspired Furniture by Adi Zaffra Adds a Natural Touch to Homes

Integrate some raw tree branches into your home with Adi Zaffran's nature-inspired furniture. RAWtation tables have trimmed organic tree parts as legs; no two tables look identical because ungroomed branches and barks are used.

Using only recycled polyethylene and pruned branches and other other organic elements, this design attempts to redefine commercial furniture production. All materials are socially responsible and strives for ecological sustainability.

Israeli designer Adi Zaffran Weisler created these tables with a simple yet rare process. Hand-collected strong tree branches are plunged into a mold of melted plastic. As the plastic hardens, the branches are firmly fixed. The mold is then flipped to stand on its organic legs.

The piece is not only one-of-a-kind, but it also represents a socially responsible concept. It would be perfect for nature lovers or anyone who simply wants a taste of the wilderness in a home.
