Returning to the basics that make motorbikes so beautiful, Alain Bernard of Santiago Choppers has built the Moto Guzzi V1100 Custom Motorcycle. Rather than relying on embellishment, Bernard has focused on exposing the basic elements of the bike for a minimalist design aesthetic.

The core elements of this bike are beautiful in themselves. A Ducati throne and carbon fiber gas tank are exposed as the main design elements of the bike. The 1064cc motor of the bike generates 102 bhp -- that's powerful! People have casually named the creation the “Weight Watcher” because of Bernard’s focus on reducing the excess parts and design that has become common in designer motorcycles of late.

Since the Moto Guzzi V1100 Custom Motorcycle is a personal project for Lain Bernard, it is not for sale, but if you like the design aesthetic of the bike, you can think about commissioning Bernard to build a bike of your own.
