Mod Pizza is Testing New Mod Wings in Dallas and Salt Lake City

MOD Pizza is expanding beyond pies by testing out new oven-baked 'MOD Wings' in 28 locations in Dallas and Salt Lake City.

For some time now, Mod Pizza has been considering expanding its menu to cater to a wider range of customers and taste preferences. Early innovations have included adding plant-based Italian sausage and rolling out new salads. The latest addition is oven-baked chicken wings. These new MOD Wings are available in BBQ Hot Honey Buffalo, Sri-Rancha, Parmesan Garlic Rosemary, and Original flavors, and come in orders of either six or 12 wings. As Mark Shambura, Mod Pizza’s CMO, said of the new test, "We’ll continue to lean into menu innovation in 2023, and have a number of exciting products to test and debut throughout the year."
