Until I stepped into a specialty supermarket that boasted tons of interesting produce, cheeses, meats, pastas and more, I didn't realize how limited my experience was in the food department; the Mobius Pasta makes me want to explore interesting food creations even more now.
Created by Flickr user Steve Kass, the Mobius Pasta dish was inspired by the Möbius strip, hence its name, which has the mathematical property of being non-orientable. Considering how this property has fascinated mathematicians around the world, it should come as no surprise that the Mobius Pasta dish would in turn fascinate foodies around the world.
In fact, I'm sure one day we will see the Mobius Pasta on the supermarket shelves next to those colorful pasta shells.
