Self Portraiture by Migu Tuason Will Have You Seeing Double

— October 1, 2010 — Art & Design
Migu Tuason is a young illustrator and photographer from San Jose, California. His series of self portraiture is a hazy hallucinogenic set of photographs that looks as though it could have been drug-induced.

Regardless, the natural inclination towards artistic creativity that Migu Tuason has shines through the acid haze. Shot with a Lomo camera, Migu Tuason manages to achieve a vintage vibe in these shots that instills a sense of seriousness.

Implications - XX.

Migu Tuason captures photos that definitely have a distinct aura around them. The photos make me feel as though they were taken in the club late at night. These photos by Migu Tuason have a dream-like sensibility to them and I for one really like that.
