Four Seasons is expanding luxury waterfront resorts with a new property planned for Tangier, Morocco, within the Royal Resort Cap Malabata development. Overlooking the Strait of Gibraltar, the resort will feature 99 guest rooms and suites, including 27 standalone villas, alongside more than 260 metres of waterfront. Designed by Arjitec with interiors by Goddard Littlefair, the property combines its distinctive coastal setting with four dining venues, swimming pools, wellness facilities, and spaces for private events.
The development will become Four Seasons' fourth property in Morocco, strengthening its presence in the country's luxury hospitality sector. Its location near Tangier's cultural attractions and transportation connections could attract international travelers seeking upscale coastal experiences. Through its partnership with Royal Resort Cap Malabata, Four Seasons also supports the development of Tangier as a destination for premium tourism and hospitality investment.
