To commemorate the 60th anniversary of Lotus automobiles, the British sportscar manufacturer has released a custom diamond-set Europa to be unveiled on Sunday, September 14th in Hethel, Norfolk. The car has been kept tightly under wraps, and it’s no wonder: The Lotus Europa anniversary edition is valued at £150,000. £111,000 of the Europa’s value comes from the sparkling diamonds that adorn the car, courtesy of Winsor Bishop. The diamonds are a prominent design feature of the black matte metal gear knob, tachometer and speedometer. Hidden LED accent lighting will ensure the diamonds are noticed at every turn. The exterior of the car features a high-gloss black base mixed with tiny glass flakes.
