 Terrible Ad Trends In a terrible display of bad taste, girls as young as 9 years of age have been photographed striking provocative poses wearing nothing but string bikinis. And these photos are being featured in popular magazines throughout Japan. This is not an underground trend - its seems like it’s being accepted by the masses. This trend is not going on behind closed doors. Parents are allowing and even bringing their young girls forward to be used as sexy swimsuit models.  This latest trend of preteen girls striking provocative poses in slinky bathing suits has some people questioning whether this is child pornography and if the parents are actually selling their children for sex. The controversial industry has been reluctant to reveal figures, but reports suggest that more than 3 million photo books were sold in the past year alone.
"Many in the industry feel that the junior idol boom was intended to be an underground trend," she said. "It was never meant to be accepted by the masses like it is now."
