Trivialising Serious Issues - Language School Ads (GALLERY)

What is up with these ads? The idea of the campaign is to promote Senac Language School and how it teaches you the language well enough to deal with any situation. I totally get the Italian and Spanish Language ads, but I am confused by the English one. Each ad presents a scenario where a tourist is scared and it would be helpful to know how to communicate at the moment. From bull fighting in Spain, a man leaning on the Leaning Tower of Pisa in Italy, to the confusing Osama Bin laden look-alike about to detonate himself. Is it an indication that terrorists are well-versed in English, so you can argue with them? Or that they target Britain, who’s flag colors are represented in the ad? I have no clue.
