Knitting Woolly Hats for Smoothie Bottles (GALLERY)

Supergran is the groovy name given to a charitble secion of Innocent, the UK based smoothie makers. Brilliant idea, even better cause and fun had by all.

Raising money for charities that help elderly people, Supergran encourages the knitting lots of little woolly hats. Innocent then put them on their Smoothie Bottles. Each behatted bottle sold makes 50p for the charity.

During Christmas, Innocent also hold ‘knit in’s’. Accompanied by tea and cakes, Innocent provide expert knitters form Age Concern and all the materials people need to get making.
