Killer Frogs

New Trend in Australian Fertilizer

A poisonous cane toad the size of Horrie the Wog Dog was captured in Darwin, Australia. The toads are not native to Australia, but were imported during the 1930s to control pesky beetles. Instead, the toads have multiplied and are killing small animals that are part of "Australia's delicate ecosystem." Beetles are still a problem, so a group of volunteers called Frogwatch have created an annihilation project called "Toad Buster."
