A brother and sister, seperated at birth through adoption and lost to each other for years, finally reunited in their twenties. However, much to the horror of friends and family, they’re bond is stronger than ever - the two have been a couple for almost seven years, resulting in the unfortunate births of four children with severe disabilities that experts attribute to the unnatural inbreeding.
