‘The War on Terror’ is pretty much an everyday phrase and many of us glaze over when we hear it. But here’s an interesting tidbit: The government has researchers looking into the development of a Human Scent Collector. The device will be used to collect human scent from suspected terrorists which can then be stored and used to track the suspect.

The research arm of the government's anti-terror fight is looking to for someone to build "a rugged, reliable, and compact system for canine handlers to collect human scent for future use to track a specified target." (blog.wired)

I remember Gov Arnold used that sense in COMMANDO sequence denoting "he smelled the baddies". Maybe its true. Those EuroAsian Mobs never bathe anyway or heavy BO. EZ to Track. Nice.
