Sandwich-Inspired Sausage Bowls

Yo, Adrian! is a A New Seasonal Stir-Fry at honeygrow

honeygrow, the growing Philadelphia-based fast-casual restaurant chain, recently debuted a new seasonal stir-fry called 'Yo, Adrian!'

Yo, Adrian! is a hearty and flavorful bowl inspired by Philadelphia’s legendary Italian Market and the classic sausage and pepper sandwich. In fact, the name is a cheeky nod to the iconic character Rocky Balboa, who ran through Philadelphia’s Italian Market in the original Rocky movies. As for the new dish, the To, Adrian! bowl combines sweet Italian sausage, red onion, organic baby spinach, roasted red peppers, grape tomatoes, spicy chili flakes, fresh mozzarella cheese, and the brand’s tomato-basil broth. As honeygrow's CEO and founder Justin Rosenberg explains, "We had so much fun creating the Yo, Adrian! As a long-time frequenter of the Italian Market and self-proclaimed sandwich snob, this was a simple and delicious dish to add to the menu."
