The Halloween Cat Eye Look was created by makeup artist Tal Peleg. She used Maybelline color tattoo in black, Mac fluidline in blacktrack and Concrete minerals pro-matte eyeshadows. To finish the look, she even pasted a piece of purple string to act as a playful ball of yarn that the kitten is having fun with. Peleg does suggest painting the string on as an alternative.
