Frank Gehry’s Guggenheim Museum unquestionably made the Spanish town of Bilbao an international destination; not to be left out of the action, the HQ of the health department there is also outstanding to behold.

The building was designed by Coll-Barreu Arquitectos, who placed the glass sheets at irregular angles so that they would reflect the city.

This same façade is also part of the structure’s double skin frame, helping to insulate most of the building.
