Giant Lego Furniture - LunaBlocks (GALLERY)

Who would have guessed that lego would make great, affordable furniture?  All you need are some of the giant sized lego pieces called LunaBlocks and table glass. They stack together just like the original which means you can customize the furniture height. Want some for the family recreation room?  Then, omit the glass. The kids would love arranging the furniture around to form chairs and simple tables.

The designers are Thierry Nahon and Philippe Landecker of Lunatic Construction. The Lunablocks are made from different materials. The polypropylene LunaSoft will suit children. LunaGlass is opaque and transparent for nifty design ideas. LunaLight is soft enough for comfortable seating and LunaMetal is made of cast steel for contemporary homes. The prices on the Homology site range from 14-35 Euros for each brick.
