Master restaurant developing company Black Sheep created the Fukuro Restaurant, a new izakaya-style space that serves high-end food in a late night setting.
Set in the SoHo district of Hong Kong, the new space will open soon to offer consumers traditional Asian-style barbecue mixed with fusion pieces such as Australian Wagyu and Japanese Oysters. The menu features touches of Italian, Thai, Vietnamese, Indian and many more global food influences to create a new venture into Japanese cuisine. This venture follows the emerging prevalence of late night izakaya eats in a dark setting with rock and roll music that plays in the background.
The Fukuro Restaurant is set to create a unique atmosphere for all consumers including locals and tourists -- offering a one-of-a-kind mixed menu with Japanese barbecue and izakaya favorites.
