Four-Bean Coffee Machines

Incapto Brings Its ST1 to Bakeries and QSR Sites with More Beans

Incapto is bringing the 'ST1' into professional coffee service as a connected espresso platform with four bean hoppers, built for high-volume bakeries and QSR sites. It aims to give operators traditional espresso quality with automated speed and repeatability, at an investment level comparable to professional espresso machines.

Its four separate hoppers let a venue pour different origins or profiles from one unit, and each order is ground cup by cup. The ST1 also plugs into Incapto's connected system to track machine performance, usage, and operations. Its commercial rollout began in September 2026 across the company's European markets.

A comparable investment level and multi-location monitoring widen automated espresso beyond barista-heavy setups by easing the trade-off between coffee quality and simpler operations. Four-bean flexibility turns one machine into a broader menu, letting operators test different profiles without adding more grinders.
