I have already posted about Dustin the Turkey - Ireland’s entry to the Eurovision song contest - but this one from Spain is just awesome. So awesome it has been taking over all the viral video charts. This in turn means it’s all kicking off already with the 2008 Eurovision Song Contest sporting shed loads of ‘gimmick’ entries. “Serious” fans are not happy.

Songs from Ireland (Dustin), Estonia, Spain, Croatia and Latvia are amongst the guilty countries with gimmicky entries, although hats off to Belgium for choosing a song in a made up language - for the second time in five years.

Noooooooooooo!.. "The Irish Republic will not appear in the 53rd Eurovision Song Contest final after its entrant, Dustin the Turkey, failed to get through the semi-finals. The glove puppet failed to make an impression in the public vote despite his country's history in the contest, which it has won a record seven times" Says the BBC...
