The Dior AW11 ready-to-wear collection is clearly inspired by classic British attire. With a feminine twist, these traditionally masculine outfits with strong plaid prints and stiff tailoring have become softer and more sensual. Although still very prim and proper, especially when set in such a luxurious manor, there is nevertheless something very sexy beneath every sophisticated layer.

As though inspired by British royalty thanks to the Prince Williams and Kate Middleton's wedding of the century, the Dior AW11 collection is something I could see the demure Duchess of Cambridge donning for a royal outing.
