Street artists Bumblebee and Zio Ziegler collaborated on a custom Culver City mural. The considerably large piece is a harmonious blend of Bumblebee and Ziegler’s differing techniques and palettes.

Bumblebee is known for his colorful pieces centered on large-scale human figures and yellow accents; Zio Ziegler is renowned for his complex warped black and white animal and human representations. The Culver City mural, deemed ‘The Guardian,’ is the best of both of these street artists.

The actual mural is a scene of two pictures linked by the sunflower symbols. Bumblebee created a picture of a young girl wearing a bright yellow sunflower dress and Zio Ziegler contributed a distorted black and white human figure holding a sunflower in his/her hands. The Guardian is a majestic piece merging two street artists and their altering techniques. The Culver City mural is a showstopper and a sunflower waiting to bloom.
