I think maybe they're implying that if you don't use a condom, you could die from AIDS... and sex without skin, organs or life on your bones wouldn't be so much fun, even if it were possible.

As for the message trying to be conveyed by these ads I'm going to have to agree with Bianca. However, the creators of these ads have opened up a veritable Pandora's box of puns involving the word "bone". ^_^ hahaha
