The Cherner Chair Re-Issues Designer Norman Cherner's 1958 Original

There is something very delicate-looking about these Cherner Chair designs. I think it has to do with the fact that every time I look at them, I think of daintily corseted damsel from a long ago era.

Originally designed in 1958 by orman Cherner, these Cherner Chair designs were updated and re-released this year. Made out of Red Gum wood, it is an icon for molded plywood furniture. They are available in a number of versions: armchair, side chair, bar stool, metal-frame chair and the task chair.
