Elisse Peltz is a professional yoga instructor, while her dynamic partner, Ezra Title is the culinary king of scrumptiously healthy meals.
At the end of a long work day, all you have to do is come home, hit the mat in your living room, and let Elisse coach you through personal sun salutations. Meanwhile, Ezra will be busy in the kitchen, cooking up a nutritious, delicious dinner.
Yo Dinna’ combines Elisse and Ezra’s two passions into one exciting evening of activity and indulgence. Enjoy a personalized yoga class followed by a sumptuous meal in the comfort of your home. Elisse creates an inspiring yoga experience for practitioners of all levels that can be enjoyed either indoors or outdoors. Ezra designs seasonal menus featuring the freshest local ingredients sourced from his favourite producers. Are you spending your summer at the cottage? No problem. How about yoga by the lake followed by drinks and dinner on the deck? Have as much input in creating your special event or allow Elisse and Ezra to plan the entire evening.
