Britney Spears has earned a green halo by donating six outfits for an auction to benefit the Natural Resources Defense Council, one of the nation’s biggest environmental groups.

Britney wore the six clothing items during her recent guest-starring role on How I Met Your Mother. Britney’s cameo helped the sitcom get its highest rating ever.
