Britney Spears has earned a green halo by donating six outfits for an auction to benefit the Natural Resources Defense Council, one of the nation’s biggest environmental groups.

Britney wore the six clothing items during her recent guest-starring role on How I Met Your Mother. Britney’s cameo helped the sitcom get its highest rating ever.

Auctioned items include: Marc by Marc Jacobs Floral Print Tie Back Dress, Juicy Couture Silk Printed Dress & Blue Puff Sleeve Cardigan, Nanette Lepore Yellow Lace Dress, Nanette Lepore Embroidered Rust Dress, and Nanette Lepore Crème Cardigan with Beading.

The hottest item right now is the Nanette Lepore Crème Cardigan with Beading for over $3,000 and the Nanette Lepore Yellow Lace Dress for over $1000.
