Viral Street Performers - Johan Lorbeer Hangs in Mid Air (VIDEO)

Johan Lorbeer is a German street performer who has gained fame for hanging several feet in the air in seemingly impossible positions.

The YouTube video and gallery stills show Lorbeer doing a performance he calls the “Tarzan”.

In the video, Lorbeer casually hangs in mid-air several feet above the ground and leans his left arm stiffly against a building or wall as the other arm rests on his hip. Below him is a fairly large crowd The watching in amazement and taking pictures.

At first I was almost certain this was a publicity stunt, but it is not. It is a fairly simple trick, but Lorbeer does a great job of capturing people’s imaginations and curiosity.
