The ASOS Urban Tour in Tokyo video may be one of the best marketing campaigns I’ve seen for a fashion brand.
The ASOS Urban Tour in Tokyo is one of the many videos that the brand is releasing to promote their first-ever Menswear Collection. This segment in particular takes audiences to the Land of the Rising Sun for an impressive acapella set by a group of Japanese beatboxers. What makes it even more interesting is that the troop performs traditional Japanese song ‘Sakura Sakura’ with a hip hop twist. The crew rips it up with backup vocals, scratches and beats that almost sounds as if a real turntable is operating the entire set.
In addition to Tokyo, ASOS has also released videos for Paris and London that are worth checking out.
